DMV Allergy and Asthma Center is now open at 112 Thomas Johnson Drive on the second floor. Dr. Paul Keiser, board certified allergist; Michaela Kordell, PA; Dr. Pravan Nataraj, medical director; and team will provide comprehensive treatments including allergy shots; drug, environmental and food allergy testing; anaphylaxis management; pulmonary function testing; skin testing and sinus CT scans. The practice also has locations in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Florida.
112 Thomas Johnson leased up quickly with Forefront Dermatology and Reddy to Smile Orthodontics opening in early 2025. Maryland Vision Institute’s clinical office also opened in January 2026 and their second surgical suite will open this spring. They will be joined by two more medical tenants in March.
The building’s remaining 8,000 square feet remain under negotiation on the second floor. Opportunities to establish or expand medical practices will continue with the development of a third building on the Governors Place campus at 108 Thomas Johnson Drive. The building is scheduled to arrive in early 2028. Stay tuned for more on this project!
