At their 20,199 square foot suite, Venture X offers flexible lease terms for office, meeting and conference space, 24/7 access, wi-fi, stocked cafe, reception and janitorial service and community and lounge areas.
Their design, by architect Whitsitt Interiors + Architecture, was inspired by the history of Frederick and Carroll Creek. It includes finishes like reclaimed wood, Frederick-red brick and a custom copper ceiling.
